We choose maximum 2 Leaders from your college who perform the following activities:
Stage 1:
a) The group of task managers choose the project of their interest.
b) The task-manager are given appropriate training for performing Social Monitoring by the leaders and Ekjaa team. Thereon they perform the pre-disbursal Social Monitoring, interview the end-beneficiaries, prepare videos and related material to showcase & promote the project on Ekjaa and other online & offline sources.
c) The Leaders shortlist the projects which their group & college would own.
Stage 2:
a) The Project is uploaded on Ekjaa and marketed on online social media by the Owners of the project. Ekjaa provides the support for this.
b) The team would be coached for various fund-raising strategies and would be given guidance for contacting corporate/funding agencies to promote their social project.
c) The funds raised shall be disbursed to the respective project.
Stage 3:
a) After the disbursal of funds, the teams would perform post-disbursal monitoring subjective to the amount disbursed.
b) The Social Impact number would be measured during this stage.
c) The team can continue to own the project or withdraw.
At completion of each stage, the team would be given certificate of completion and Ekjaa goodies for the winning team.
